This property is nestled in the heart of Dartmouth, a highly sought-after residential area in the South West. Formerly known as the Priest House, built in 1867, this grade 2 listed building needed a major refurbishment.
The property underwent a complex renovation, turning the derelict building into a 5 bed, 4 bath modern house, but keeping the character that the priest house held. The work involved in this project was skilled and to an extremely high standard.
